Why can’t my HDMI 2 or HDMI 1 port work?

No, HDMI 1 port support 4K@60Hz, 2K@144Hz, 1080P@240Hz, HDMI 2 port 4K@30Hz, 2K@60Hz,1080P@120Hz. So only supports one monitor to reach 144Hz.
